Informative item 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
We inform the subscriber that Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency protecting the privacy and rights of the subscriber. The following information is provided under Item 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
The treatment that we plan to implement:
a) has the aim to reach, manage and draft contracts for the provision of services requested; to organize, manage and execute the delivery of service through communication of data to our third party suppliers; to fulfill legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent Authority;
b) will be carried out with the following methods: computer/manual;
c) except where necessary for the proper execution of the supply contract, the data will not be disclosed to other parties without your consent.
We inform you that the disclosure of information is essential but not compulsory and the refusal has no effect but could involve the failure to timely meet the obligations by ARGON S.R.L for the provision of services that you requested. The holder of the data processing is ARGON S.R.L with registered office at Galleria Dei Fonditori 3, Pesaro to which you may contact to enforce your rights as provided for in Item 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, which we report below:
Item 7
Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you exists or not, even if it is not yet recorded and its communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under item 5, paragraph 2;
e) of subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can become familiar with them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to obtain:
a) updates, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that is not necessary to keep for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations stated under a) and b) have been notified, also with regards to their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of methods with respect to the preserved rights.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) for the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market surveys or marketing communications.
